iAutomexa is a software development studio that offers web development, custom systems, API integration, process automation with artificial intelligence, hosting, domains and technical support services, among others described on our Services page. The specific scope of each project is defined in an individual proposal or quote before any work begins.
Every project starts with an assessment stage to understand the business’s problem or need. From there, a written proposal is delivered with the scope, estimated timeline and cost of the project. Work does not begin until both parties agree on the terms of the proposal.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once the corresponding payment has been made the client acquires the right to full use of the website, system or automation developed for their project. Ownership of the source code — to modify it freely or resell it without depending on iAutomexa — is not included by default: it is an additional service quoted separately if the client requires it. iAutomexa retains ownership of general-purpose internal tools, libraries, templates or methodologies that were not developed exclusively for a particular client, and may continue to use them in other projects.
The client agrees to provide truthful and timely information, give access to the systems or accounts needed to carry out the project where applicable, and review and approve deliverables within the agreed deadlines. Delays by the client in providing information may affect the project’s estimated timeline.
Payment terms — advances, partial or final payments — are specified in each individual proposal or quote. Prices are not published on this site because they depend on the specific scope of each project.
We commit to fixing, at no additional cost, any failure directly related to the delivered development during the warranty period agreed in the proposal. iAutomexa is not responsible for failures arising from modifications made by third parties outside the project, from misuse of the delivered system or site, or from interruptions of third-party services — hosting, external APIs, messaging platforms, among others.
Information shared by the client during the development of the project is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties outside the project, except with the client’s express authorization or when required by law.
Either party may request the cancellation of an ongoing project by giving written notice. Work done up to that point is charged according to progress, as established in the original proposal.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Any change will be available on this same page with the date of the last update.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Puebla, Mexico, unless the law provides otherwise.
