iAutomexa is a systems engineering and IT company based in Puebla, Mexico. We build custom software, automate processes with artificial intelligence, and provide IT support, maintenance and consulting for growing businesses.

We work with businesses in the city of Puebla, San Andrés Cholula, San Pedro Cholula and the surrounding area, and remotely with companies in any state in Mexico. Assessment, progress reviews and support are all handled online.
About iAutomexaDo you offer IT support, maintenance and consulting?
Yes. Besides development, we offer technical support and ongoing maintenance for websites, systems and automations, and consulting to define what is worth building, automating or integrating. We do not do network installation or cabling.

It depends on the scope: a simple automation can take days; a complete system, several weeks. The exact timeline is defined in the proposal, before work starts.

Each project is quoted according to its real scope: the number of processes to automate, the integrations needed and the complexity of the development. The quote is delivered in writing before starting, with no hidden costs.

How we workHow does a project with iAutomexa start?
With an assessment call where we identify the problem, the current process and the result you are looking for. From there we put together a proposal with scope, timeline and cost.
How we workCan I follow progress while it is being built?
Yes. Checkpoints are set during development to review results and adjust course if needed.
How we workWhat if I need changes along the way?
They are evaluated and added to the project scope. If the change goes beyond the original scope, the proposal is adjusted before continuing.
Technology and integrationsWhat if I already have tools or systems in use?
We evaluate them first. In many cases they can be integrated instead of being replaced entirely.
Technology and integrationsWhich platforms can you integrate with?
We work with APIs, CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms and the tools the business already uses. If a tool has an API or some way to connect, it is a candidate for integration.
Technology and integrationsDoes the business own the software?
By default, the business gets full use of the website, system or automation that was built, not the source code. Full ownership of the code — to modify it freely or resell it without depending on iAutomexa — is an additional service that costs more than the development itself and is quoted separately if the business requires it.
Support and maintenanceWhat happens after the project is delivered?
There is a formal handover with basic usage documentation. From there, the business can operate independently or continue with a support plan.

Yes, we offer post-delivery support to fix failures related to what was built.
Support and maintenanceCan I ask for improvements later on?
Yes. Improvements or new phases are quoted separately, just like a new project.
